ZERO-EMISSION FLASH-BUTT WELDING
Our unique DC-to-DC welding system draws power directly from the Class 8 EV batteries and delivers it directly to the flash-butt welding head controller, providing clean, efficient, high-power DC welding with no AC inverters, rectifiers, converters, or diesel generators required.

E-HI-RAIL™ EV is our next-generation fleet of purpose-built, zero-emission railroad vehicles and machines, including thermite welding trucks, flash-butt welding trucks, material handlers, track and OCS inspection vehicles, third-rail inspection and maintenance trucks, signal and traction-power vehicles, construction trucks, and semi-autonomous inspection platforms.
